This training aims to foster a culture of inclusivity and equality within organisations, ensuring that individuals from different backgrounds feel valued, respected, and supported.

What is Diversity, Equality & Inclusion? What is The Equality Act 2010? What are protected characteristics? What are the types of discrimination?

2 x 90 Minute Sessions Online

3.5 Hours in-person

Requirements:

Max 10 delegates per session

Training space including a TV/Projector for presentation for in-person sessions

Online sessions are available covering theory via Teams/Zoom
